Knowing Your Business: Fundamentals for Client Success is part of Launch Academy, a comprehensive training program designed to equip new agents with essential skills and tools necessary to launch and sustain a successful real estate business.

Knowing Your Business focuses on client and sales interaction and communication. This 2-day session covers: buyer/seller representation and engagement; negotiation strategies, value proposition, duties of agents, and effective communication techniques.
