According to the National Association of REALTORS, one of the top reasons homebuyers hire a real estate professional is for their assistance in the negotiation process. With this in mind, it is important for real estate agents to learn various negotiation techniques, how to use them and how to counter them. This class will also discuss and evaluate new era negotiation strategies including dealing with I-buyers.
