Attendees will be able to understand and deliver a message to buyers and/or potential buyers, as well as be able to recognize their individual value and disclose their fees as directed by NAR ensuring transparency of how commissions are earned and dispersed accordingly. Additionally, attendees will understand the Tennessee Real Estate Commission's law as to the required duties owed to all customers and clients. They will understand the differentiation between exclusive and non-exclusive fiduciary relationship, as well as choosing to remain a facilitator by explaining and establishing these distinctions through disclosure and signed agreements.
