DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy "Required" course prior to taking the Broker's licensing exam. You must attend all four days to complete the 30-hour program. Course is not approved for continuing education credit. To be eligible for the Broker's exam, a broker candidate must meet one of the these criteria: 24 months actively licensed, if licensed as an Affiliate Broker on or before May 12, 1988 36 months actively licensed, if licensed as an Affiliate Broker after May 12, 1988; 24 months actively licensed, if the candidate has a baccalaureate degree with a major in real estate. At least 120-hours of approved education are required before taking the Broker's exam. Of those hours, 30 must be an Office and Brokerage Management course. The Pre-license Principles course and the Course for New Affiliates meet the hours requirement.
